What Should I Wear to The Serenity Lounge?
You are welcome to wear comfortable clothing throughout the space. For the sauna & cold plunge, we suggest a swimsuit, sports bra, shorts...whatever you're comfortable getting sweaty & wet! The Sauna/Plunge room is a private space with curtains over the doors and windows. If you plan on leaving the contrast therapy space for the NaturEscape, Sound Bath, or Lounge, please change out of your wet clothing (you probably want to do this anyway, lol).
What Should I Bring With Me?
You should bring a change of clothes, sandals/slippers/slide on shoes to wear throughout the space, and a water bottle. We have lockers available to keep your personal belongings in to help us keep our space clean and clear. Some clients like to wear a robe.
We have towels we can provide for $2 (members $0), but if you would like to bring your own, you're welcome to!
If you're attending a sound bath, we provide light blankets on our inflatable lounges. You are welcome to bring anything else to add comfort to your experience (bolsters, pillows, an extra blanket). We ask that all personal belongings be locked in a locker to keep the room visually appealing and decluttered.

How Do I Know Which Healing Modality Is Right for Me?
Our intention with the New Client Special is to give you time to intuitively explore the space and try the different healing offerings. We encourage you to click on the service and read about it, but of course we are here to help guide you into which may suite you best through the lenses of our own experience, as well as feedback from our clients.

Is There Any Downtime After My Appointment?
Yes! At Luna & Soul, we are anti hustle-culture. You will not be rushed to leave; in fact, you will be encouraged to hydrate, grab a coffee, tea, or adaptogenic drink, and chill in our common area! Bring a book or computer, whatever. Although we won't rush you to leave, we ask that you be mindful of other appointment times to keep the flow moving.

How Often Should I Schedule? Do I Always Need an Appointment?
How frequently you visit the Serenity Lounge depends on the type of service and your individual needs. Kiersten likes to intuitively flow between the offerings. Some days, she wants Contrast Therapy whereas other days she just wants the Red Light and Grounding. This is why our memberships are a nice option: you can take what you need when you need it! Be sure to follow @lunasoul.rocks on Instagram and Facebook for more education on each healing modality.
YES! Please always book an appointment, as we are appointment only! Appointments close off 12 hours prior to the time of the appointment. If you are desiring multiple services, be sure to schedule yourself for each service. Imagine you're creating your own spa itinerary! And yes, you can book back-to-back Sauna/Plunge sessions to have the room for 1 hour instead of just 30 minutes.

Do You Offer Packages or Memberships?
Yes, we offer a Day Pass, Packages, and Unlimited Membership options designed to provide you with ongoing care and savings. Our Day Pass lets you explore the space without a monthly commitment, whereas the membership provides you unlimited access to the facility. Our packages are a happy medium: offering you savings & giving you more time to use the sessions. Packages are 4, 8, and 12 session packs.

Where Are You Located in Pella Plaza?
We are conveniently located on the bottom floor of the plaza. When you pull around back to park, come in the main door. (located by the handicap spots). To your left is the elevator, to the right, the stairs, and straight ahead...US! Please Note: we have a side door with our logo on it, however, this stays locked as it leads directly into our private Sauna/Plunge Room.

Cancellation Policy
Luna & Soul is a small, family-owned business that wants to provide our community with a high-vibe, quality experience. To ensure this, we kindly ask that you adhere to our policies.
All clients and members are required to have a credit card on file.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Part of the healing journey is holding each other accountable and adhering to boundaries. It's a vibe!
Cancellation Policies for all Services & Sound Baths:
If you must cancel, we ask that you cancel at least 3 hours prior to your reservation.
Cancellations less than 3 hours from the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $25 service charge for sauna/plunge and red light appointments; energy healing appointments will be subject to 50% service charge; no call / no show cancellations will be subject to a 100% service charge.
Monthly Unlimited Members: Cancellations less than 3 hours from the scheduled appointment are subject to a $15 charge; no call / no show cancellations are subject to a $25 charge. The above policy applies for Energy Healing Appointments.
Cancellation Policy for Private Lounge Rentals & Parties:
To reserve the date of your event, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% will be due at the time of your event.
Events require a minimum of 24 hours' cancellation notice. Your deposit can be put towards a future event, however, if that event must be cancelled, that's it.

All tickets are non-refundable.
