All clients and members are required to have a credit card on file.

Cancellation Policies for all Services & Sound Baths:
If you must cancel, we ask that you cancel at 24 hours prior to your reservation.

Cancellations less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $25 service charge for sauna | plunge and red-light appointments; energy healing appointments will be subject to 50% service charge.

No call / no show cancellations will be subject to a 100% service charge.
